IMS handles all aspects of post-production for Alan, managing everything after recording is complete. Once the raw files and editing notes are received, IMS coordinates with the editor, oversees any necessary revisions, and prepares blog-style show notes and episode titles. The final content is then uploaded to the hosting platform, and mid-roll ad times are set. Additionally, blog posts are curated and scheduled on WordPress and LinkedIn Newsletters.

IMS is also responsible for creating graphics like website banners and social media assets, as well as producing audiograms for social platforms. Social media copy is crafted, and posts are scheduled across X, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

During the show's airing, IMS handled all tasks crucial to its operation and growth, managing both short- and long-term goals.

IMS led a brand refresh with a new tagline, show description, artwork, and refined episodes to better engage the target audience. They also oversaw guest bookings, topic selection, and interview prep.

After recordings, IMS created episode titles, detailed show notes, and uploaded content to the hosting platform and website, which they built and managed.

IMS produced social media assets, wrote copy, scheduled posts, and managed comments across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. Weekly team meetings were also led to review performance and plan future actions.

IMS previously managed social media for Chris's personal accounts but now focuses primarily on social media management for The Kept App. Additionally, IMS oversees various projects related to Carb Cycling Challenges and the ongoing Collective Community, including Facebook group moderation, content creation, strategy development, and other tasks essential to the continuous improvement and execution of both the Challenges and the Collective.

IMS manages The Healthspan Podcast, overseeing tasks such as creating show notes, producing social media assets, designing YouTube thumbnails, uploading videos and clips to YouTube, and scheduling audio episodes on hosting platforms.

In addition, IMS handles the creation of graphics for social ads and develops and executes the overall social media strategy for the practice. This includes crafting visual assets, writing copy, and responding to comments and messages on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

For this limited series, IMS coordinated with the video editor and managed revisions as needed. Once the video episodes were finalized, we created additional audio-only files, wrote blog-style show notes, crafted LinkedIn-optimized copy, and designed multiple video clips with closed captions for social media.

For Brandy, IMS created and executed a social media strategy including graphics and copy for Facebook and Instagram

IMS manages guest coordination and creates show notes for Matthew's podcast. This includes handling outreach, screening, and booking, as well as managing reminders and follow-up communications. In addition, IMS crafts episode titles and produces detailed blog-style show notes, complete with links to all referenced resources.
